I would like to purchase your products, how can I pay for them? 

We have several payment methods available. Credit Card (We accept all major credit cards except American Express), Bank Deposit / Internet Funds Transfers, Money Orders (Australia Only) Cheque (Australia Only). All money is to by paid in Australian Currency (AUD).

If I use a credit card to purchase my products can anyone else obtain my card details? 

We use Commonwealth Bank as our merchant gateway. We also use the latest encryption methods to ensure personal details and payment information is kept secure. Lullaby Conceptions does not keep record of credit card numbers therefore if you would like to purchase additional items you will be required to place a new separate order. 

I've lost your bank account details for the Direct Deposit, how can I retrieve this information?

At any stage after placing an order you can log into your account using the email address and password that you provided and under the order it will display our account details or postal address depending on which payment method you selected during placing the order.

Can i change my payment method?

Sure, just send us an email via the website and we can change your order payment method and provide you with alternate payment details.
