Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Please complete a return request You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please  note: if you have purchased an item as a Bulk product (meaning you received a discount because of the number of items you purchased) and only wish to return a portion of the items then you will need to pay the full product price for the items you wish to keep along with the return postage costs.

 

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Please ensure that you allow at least 1 business day for packing time.  Often we try an get orders out prior to this time but sometimes there is too many orders making it physically impossible.  In the event that you need your order to go out asap.  please select Express post and phone 02 9837 0799 and speak to one of our friendly assistance to check the ability for the same day clearance.


Shipping Methods


Australia Post - (Not Registered) Item not replaced or refunded if it goes missing (Regular Parcel)

As it states - We will not replace or refund any items that go missing whilst using this service. We do not like to use this service as it does not provide any protection for our customers parcels, but we understand that some customers may wish to risk it as they may live in a safe area and never had any problems in the past.  Using this service means there is NO way of tracking or locatining your article.  If an item is returned to us then we will contact you for redelivery - however, as with all our parcel redelivery charges will apply (see Returned parcels section below).

Registered post - Signature Required

We still have the registered post option for our customers that require security for their parcels. Items are insured and will be replaced if lost in transit.  

 Express post - Signature Required

Unfortunately Australia post does not insure or compensate for its express post parcels (We are surprised that Australia post doesn't offer any such services for their express articles!).  In the past we have replaced items that have gone missing during transit - Whilst this situation does not occur very often, we are no longer replacing items that go missing using the express post services.   

 

Returned Articles

Gone were the days when you could RTS a parcel for free.  Australia post are now charging for this service!  Articles are charged at full postage rates to be returned.  If an item is returned to us then we will contact you for redelivery however you will be liable for return charges and redelivery fees.  

To avoid this please ensure that you address your parcels correctly.  If it is going to a business address ensure the company name is put on the parcel and if applicable the floor / level that the article should be delivered to.   If you are waiting on a parcel to arrive please contact us or your local post office incase it is awaiting collection.
